Shipping policy

It has been 3 days, why hasn't my package shipped? 

We are invested in your experience with our product but we are also a small company. We fulfill orders in the order they are received, at our first opportunity. Typically our warehouse packs and ships all outstanding orders 2 to 3 times a week which means most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after they are received. Feel free to check in with us on your order at any point or let us know of any changes or concerns. We are always happy to help. But, in case you are wondering and it has been less than a week since you placed the order, we are likely to be getting to it shortly. Thank you for your patience.
